   Lovely pub that has been turned around this past year due to new manager! One of my favourite places to go for every occasion and fits all variety’s of people. The staff andi, Katy and Nolan are a big contributor being attentive, and kind it really makes the pub a nice place to be. You should all be super proud of the hard work you put in, even when rushed of your feet!

   Lovely little flame house tucked away but well worth visiting w they have great deals and amazing value for money. We had the sirloin steaks and were amazing for the price served on a skillet and the burnt ends were a delicious addition. Andy and Emma were our waiters and were very friendly. Definitely coming back :)

   The Mulberry is an old haunt and one that holds many fond memories. Unfortunately it's been let go somewhat and looks rather tired. Often short on staff and thus you can often wait at the bar for someone to show up. That said, I am still a regular. The staff are always friendly. Once an order is on it is supplied quickly. Its all basic pub grub but served quickly. Steaks are fab. Prices are extremely keen and so you can never grumble. If it was all immaculate with lots of staff the prices would have to rise considerably and then it would be at risk. It's a difficult one for the owners but for nearly 5 decades its had and retains my support. It's a great sports bar and social pub with good food with great value. It and its sister pub, the Lamb Rustington are my favourite pubs. So how can I not award 5 stars.

   Went for steak with camembert, as recommended by a friend, which was not on the menu. Sat by a door that wouldn't close so really cold. They moved us but the whole restaurant was cold. Bloke on the table next to us had his coat and gloves on. No table service and long wait at the bar. Ordering app not working. No tip option on the card machine. Dirty glasses. Only one napkin on the table. Wifi didn't work. Been to Greene King before and always really good so this must be the exception. No roast beef or lamb on a Sunday! My meal, however, was very nice, hot and plentiful, veg not overcooked. Veggie option greasy and flavourless. Not enough to make me want to darken their doorstep again any time soon. Or ever

   Popped in today 17/10/22 for a meal with my with for her birthday and received excellent service. The host was very friendly and bubbly. The food was good and when we had pudding that put a sparkler in her pud and sang happy birthday (this was not requested but a lovely surprise)

   Not too sure what has happened to this place, I went here regularly as it was great. Unfortunately it has had major problems of late. Many items on the menu unavailable (you only find this after you try to order), lack of staff (looked like the chef qas running the bar aswell as the kitchen, and serving the food!), food not turning up! It's a real shame as it was a lovely place. I do hope they get it sorted soon.

   Had an XL mixed grill, they’d run out of onion rings, got 10 ish small chips, my rare steak was waaaay over cooked, fried eggs were hard, everything on the plate was covered in pepper, nearly 2 hours later all I can taste is pepper, no need for the pepper sauce I ordered! ** Additional ** The Mulberry management have made contact and a resolution has been sorted out, credit to the team at the pub for sorting this out - star rating changed to reflect this.
