    Very disappointed with our visits to Woodcraft in Pyle this week. Both my mother and I went on separate occasions and had the same poor experience—staff were rude, lazy, and completely unwilling to help. Shelves were also poorly stocked. Sadly, it’s clear customer service isn’t a priority here. We won’t be returning.

    Make sure you keep your RECEIPTS!! Took back a few items, but had mislaid the receipt (bolts - new, not used at all), but was refused a credit note to buy anything else. Not very customer friendly at all, so won't be shopping there again.

    A proper oldy world DIY store!! It's like Arkwright's on a bigger scale....got everything! Always my go too place, and it's local for me, and a bit bigger than my village hardware. It may be a bit more expensive in some things, but evens out with others. I wouldn't dream of going to bigger DIY places without trying here 1st. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
