   Terrible customer service from the store manager. I would give zero stars if I could. Suit jacket stitching came undone after wearing it for less than an hour and she refused a refund. She came across very rude and arrogant. I can see that the level of store management in moss bros has gone down and has lost it's once great customer service.I'm waiting to hear back from customer services and will take further if I need too. You can't sell faulty products!!!!!

   Very rude staff working there.Today I went to the shop to return an item,the sales team was locked inside of the shop.I try to ask why the shop is closed at 18:46, if the working hours is untill 19:30.The lady inside of the shop was telling me the working hours on website are wrong and they can close the shop earlier to do something.Was a bitt upseting for me, just be aware of the shop working hours.They may close the shop whenever they want

   Exceptional Service from Vincenza! I recently visited the Moss Bros store in Milton Keynes and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Vincenza the manager was incredible from start to finish, professional, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to helping customers feel confident and looked after. Her level of care and service truly stood out. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for every customer. Staff like Vincenza are rare and she is a real asset to Moss Bros. I genuinely hope her hard work and amazing service are recognised by the company because she absolutely deserves it. Thank you Vincenza for making my visit so positive. I’ll definitely be returning because of you!

   Had a great experience shopping with Moss bros in MK. Got a suit for my wedding and visited the store several times on a Sunday. Staff were always very attentive, respectful and helpful especially Kurt. I saw him everytime I came and he was always smiling and eager to help.

   Lady (or what ever it identified as) behind the till wasnt helpful at all. I had booked a fitting but she was couldn't be bothered to help and seemed a massive effort just to find my name. Went to suits direct across the way and was greeted, welcomed and measured. Within 10 minutes I left with a suit.

   Good Service in store when purchasing 2 jackets. Phoned to order 2 more - the person I dealt with seemed reluctant to phone other retailers as the jackets I needed were not in stock at the MK store. I was told I would be phoned back within a few days as she needed some time to get the info she needed. Unsurprisingly I didn't get a call back. Thankfully a friend was able to order the jackets from another branch of Moss who within and hour managed to locate the required stock and get it on order. It's a shame laziness and reluctance to help took the shine off what was initially a great in store experience.

   Do not use if you want a stree-free wedding experience. Out of the whole wedding, arranging suits from Moss Bros MK were definitely the most difficult thing to sort out. Started out ok but then it turned out one size suit was no longer available. But they assured us it was ok, and they could get one 'made to measure'. Had to go back again for the fitting appointment which took forever and then it turned out there was no fabric left in stock! Was basically told tough luck.. one member of the wedding party would have to have an odd suit. We had to call around stores all over the UK ourselves to find a suit in this size. By this point it was only 4 weeks until our wedding. Luckily we managed to source one in Bluewater and drove down there ourselves to collect it. Staff at MK are unhelpful and don't seem to care at all. Do not use.

   Very happy with Moss Bros MK. Tommy, measured us up and got us looking dapper for our best men duties. Absolutely first class service! Thank you Tommy! He even personally hand delivered our suits when they were ready, to the Bedford store as this is our local shop. I have to say, all aftercare service with Moss Bros has been absolutely terrific. Had the pleasure of meeting the new Store Manager (Kerry?) who dealt with a refund issue so pleasantly and efficiently. I would say that the store are generally understaffed, so often the phone will ring and not get answered, BUT, they are working so hard in store. It’s definitely worth aiming to go in store to get things sorted.
