   Great shop lovely staff, fine the range is a little limited for men not sure why I feel like that as there is a good selection but never anything to appealing but wife always finds some great stuff.

   We went to Jack Wills in Milton Keynes today at 17:20. When we walked in the store an employee was sat on the table where the clothes were folded opposite cashier, just swinging her legs, completely oblivious that customers were in the store. Honestly, it looked odd. Anyway this is not why I am complaining. The reason why I am writing this 1 star review is because when I asked her politely to put the mask, she put it on and then tells the other cashier lady that I asked to put the mask on. The cashier had her mask under the chin and I had a feeling she was going to ignore me because she just looked very unhappy. I felt uncomfortable asking but everyone was wearing one, all other customers and everyone in the mall and it is compulsory by law to wear a mask. Then 2 minutes later when I looked at them, the girl who at the beginning had put the mask politely, had now removed it and the cashier had it still under her chin. There was no glass between the cashier and us. A continual announcement is played reminding us of the covid19 regulations and that we have to keep each other safe. So why are they not wearing masks? They were non stop chatting to each other. We have been everywhere and not one person in the mall was without a mask, but Jack Wills employees failed to do so. We brought 2 Jack Will's t-shirts and a polo shirt at this store and when my husband couldn't find size M for two more polo shirts and I just told him not to ask as they were not wearing masks and I wanted minimum contact. I have already reported this to Milton Keynes Council as this is a breach of Covid-19 regulations.

   Worst Customer service ever!!! They wouldn’t exchange or can return online order at stores. Not even for a credit note. We are charged to return online purchased items, Just unreasonable. I bought mens lounge wear during lockdown which are not even of the size mentioned on the website. Its worth £80. Because of highly incompetent staff at the store & web services, we lost time, 21 day policy exceeded by 4 days. They have sent back the whole pile to my address again! Wt can i do with them, which dont fit. Extremely infuriating. We wanted to shop at JW as its British company & in return we had a bad experience, arrogant & unhelpful staff.

   Asked me If me and my fiance were okay 4 times (different people) in about 30-40 seconds of entering the store. Over bearing and uncomfortable.

   This store is in the INTU shopping mall, not Centre: MK. I was looking around for ages. Good store, but not very big so doesn't have the full range of products. Good service.
