   In general, my experience was positive. The store is a tad small, making it a bit challenging to accommodate all the items. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite struggling to find the right size, a staff member eagerly assisted and went above and beyond to locate the required item from another section of the store. Additionally, the absence of queues and swift transactions added to the overall satisfaction of my visit.

   Love super dry! Pretty inexpensive, wears well and a nice selection of stuff I feel pretty good in. Staff are always friendly and ready to help - just a shame it can't be like the one on Oxford street as often go in to pick stuff up only to find they don't stock it there but that's to be expected and gives me an excuse to shop in London!

   Excellent customer service today (26/10/2022) was awaiting for a delivery and they helped me out so much ( my daughters was also experiencing a sugar rush at the time) and they was understanding! Thank you to the two men that was working today! Really appreciated all your help.

   If your a wheelchair user, don’t bother going in, everything is so jam packed in there that you can’t safely get round, or through the different sections, told the girl behind the counter as she’d asked “if we found everything we wanted”answer was no as couldn’t get to half it, response was “we’re not in control of stock” I explained that maybe they could try going round the store themselves in a wheelchair to see how bad it was, response was “manager on holiday, will pass it on” well same story happened on last visit too and nothing has changed! This was a normal sized wheelchair that was being steered by someone else, you drastically need to improve disabled access!!

   A medium sized store, with both men and women's clothes. A large sized changing room with plenty of long mirrors to use. Till service was quick and efficient. I cannot fault this store and will use it again. Currently a few sale rails too !!
