When we were considering which company to build our furniture and bring the drawings from an architect to life, I knew from the very first phone call that I wanted use Marc and his team. In that first call he mentioned that he’d noticed that height of a shelf wouldn’t work for its intended purpose. In that moment I knew that the job would be in safe hands and that there wouldn’t be any unforeseen surprises! Marc worked very patiently with us to iron out the details of every item that they built for us. The living space in our house is open plan and it was important to have a coherent feel to everything as you move through the spaces. Marc and his team understood this perfectly and everything looks and like it was all part of the original concept of the house. All the furniture was built offsite and installed carefully by Special Branch. The build quality of everything we have is beautiful and it has all been installed perfectly. It has transformed our lives in terms of how we live in the house and now it’s possible to have space to store everything we want to, and we can display all our mementos. Finally, a special mention for the kitchen that they also built and installed for us. It’s my pride and joy; I really love it and it brings me so much pleasure every day. Martin and Isaac were great to have in the house for all the instals and they loved our cat so much he was definitely a bit sad when they weren’t coming in every day anymore!!

As an illustrator that collects movie posters I had seen that other collectors were turning coffee tables into storage and display units for their posters. Great idea but I wanted something modern and unique. A friend put me onto Special Branch and I'm so happy that he did. Marc was a dream to work with. At every stage of the project I couldn't have been happier. From talking through my ideas and getting a real sense of what I was after to the concept drawings of what he felt would work best for both the use of the table and the space it was going in. Choosing the best materials, having hidden recesses for opening the draws and hidden coasters for moving the table. Marc was the perfect professional but also a joy to talk to and at every stage I felt he was as enthusiastic for the final product as I was. On seeing the finished table for the first time, it really was a WOW! moment for me. It's a thing of beauty the craftsmanship and finish is incredible. We have used Special Branch for bespoke fitted furniture in our bedroom, lounge, kitchen and office and can thoroughly recommend them. Marc worked with us to understand what we wanted to achieve for each room and produced proposals with clear and detailed CAD drawings for each project. We were able to make changes and suggestions at this stage, and once the final designs were agreed the furniture was built and installed exactly as per the drawings, on time and on budget. All the furniture is well made using quality materials and fittings and will last a lifetime.
