I have been buying rugs and other goodies from Artemis for years and just ordered some beautiful sheepskins for our house in Ibiza where I know they will look amazing! The staff are so helpful and reliable - I know they will choose the best rugs for me and send them quickly and efficiently - fantastic service, beautiful products - can't wait to see the new shop in Gardener St!
Artemis is such an inspiring shop that gives me beautiful ideas for decorating my home. Very high quality products that will endure the test of time and are ethically sourced. The owner has excellent knowledge of her stock and she obviously has a very creative style which she loves to share. Love to visit the shop - it takes me to another world!
I buy amazing slippers and other sundries in here every year. I’m disappointed to see that some people find the (I think) owner rude on these reviews. She’s always got repeat customers popping in to say hi when I’m in there and whilst she might not fawn over everyone in some disingenuous bid to sell stuff, she’s fair, sufficiently attentive and passionate about her gorgeous products. I heard her declining to refund a year old, receiptless rug the other day and I thought she handled it very well considering the customers unreasonable demands. I don’t know the owner outside of 2 or 3 shopping trips there every Winter, but I wholeheartedly recommend that you do not let reviews focussed solely on the owner prevent you from visiting this wonderful, little place.
Bought 6 sheepskins and was promised they would come with certificates but they didn't. Only 3 of the 6 were decent enough. Melissa would not get back to my emails, text or phone calls despite trying several times. Poor customer service! Will not be purchasing from there again!
