   We moved into a new build in 2021 where the kitchens were installed by Windmill Kitchens LTD. They were basic kitchens, but they looked OK. In December 2022, we noticed that a crack was developing perpendicular to the join of the worktop, which was coming apart. My thought was that the join was failing and water ingress was causing the crack. I called Windmill Kitchens in January 2023 and enquired about their Warranty which they said was for 5 years. I instigated a claim and to date (6 months later) nothing other than a site visit from Windmill Kitchens and emails back and forth with the supplier blaming them for defective product while the supplier was blaming us for misuse of the kitchen worktop. The take away from this is that if all goes well, fine, otherwise, you can forget about any sort of remedial work, should problems arise, even though they have a 5 year warranty. Because of this, I would NOT RECOMEND this company.
