Molly and the team are just amazing, their talent and experience is outstanding. Its a great welcoming environment, i always enjoy my appointment's, good value, good conversation and a cuddle from Boris is always a bonus! The best salon in norwich by far.
Been going to Molly for years now because she is does a wonderful job with colouring my hair so naturally. I always come out feeling fab. Molly has created a beautiful new salon and has a a fantastic team of staff including little Boris !
After moving here from the US i had to find a new hair salon and believe me it took a few trial and errors until I found this hair salon. After every visit my hair looks amazing and well taken care of! I have curly hair and it’s definitely a pain to manage but they always know how to deliver. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, they are all skilled hair dressers and their results show for that. Darcy is my hair stylist and she is very talented at what she does and always makes my hair look wonderful :)
Such a lovely Salon . Everyone is really lovely and welcoming .Millie did me a lovely natural balayage and a cut to freshen my hair . Comfortable seats and the hair wash room is cozy and comfortable, thank you !!
Really great hairdressers, everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. I have longish curly hair which can make it quite difficult to find a good hairdresser, and I was lucky to find Lucy who always delivers a brilliant cut. Best hairdresser I've had!
Darcy did SUCH an awesome job of my hair. She totally understood what I wanted, appreciated the texture of my hair (wavy/curly) and gave me a cut that added volume and movement in. The length was dead on (difficult to do with curly hair as it springs right up!) and it feels sooo much fresher. Salon was clean and super friendly, and I was thrilled to see a tiny sausage dog running around. Adorable. Really appreciated the cuppa and chocolate too. ☕️
Awesome service by all the girls, very welcoming team! Mollie‘s been colouring and cutting my hair for the last couple of years and I cannot fault her, always been very happy with how my hair turns out which I can’t say has always been the case at other salons. Easy to find and it’s on street parking so easy to park and free! Highly recommend keep up the fab work girls!
Booked an appointment but they cancelled it after I refused to send all my credit card details to their app in advance to ‘confirm’ the appt. When I tried to confirm by email They were Inflexible and unapologetic about this (which allows them to take your money if you don’t turn up or are unhappy in some way). Beware if this disappointing payment before customer service focus.
Honestly the best salon in Norwich. You could not find a friendlier bunch of ladies. Everyone there is very welcoming and there is even little Boris dog too. Been having my hair cut and coloured for a number of years by salon owner Mollie and she always listens and I always come out of the salon with a big smile on my face. Can not recommend this place highly enough! You won’t be disappointed.
