I have just had a new kitchen larder cupboard fitted by two lovely kitchen fitters, Clive and Martin. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very efficient, helpful and very professional in their work. Had my worktops and kitchen sink replaced by Paula Rosa Manhattan and very pleased with all work completed promptly, professionally. All staff were helpful, courteous and took pride in their work. After moving into our new build home two years ago we decided to add a second oven to our Paula Rosa Manhattan kitchen. I can say that we have been very impressed by the level of service that we received from the initial enquiry, through to the new cabinet being delivered. The customer service department was very helpful with identifying our existing kitchen cabinets and then was able to supply us with all the new parts that we required to integrate the new oven into our existing kitchen. We were kept very well informed about delivery dates and everything turn up when they said it would. I can't fault the service or quality of the product that we received and would definitely recommend this company to family or friends.
My dream kitchen. Beautiful finish, soft closing doors & drawers, and a perfect matching worktop We also ordered 3 additional cupboards with Tracy from Paula Rose so easy to fulfil as Tracy already knew the plot we had purchased, couldn't have asked for a better service. Very, very happy with my kitchen and the lighting sets it all off nicely at night time! You won't regret a thing with Paula Rose and I would thoroughly recommend.
Paula Rosa supplied my new kitchen cabinets in July 2020, 2 1/2 years on I am really pleased with them, they look like new and clean up so easily with a quick wipe.
Unfortunately we didn't get a choice of kitchen in our home as it was supplied via Taylor Wimpey when we bought our home new 4 years ago Within the first 2 years we had approx 4 door units replaced under the TW warranty due to them de-laminating. Since then we have had a number of others have the same issues, shown in pictures below. Taylor Wimpey directed us to Paula Rosa as we were no longer covered by TW, where we were told by Paula Rosa that their warranty was also only 2 years. 2 years?! For a product that should last years! In my experience, products that offer good quality have long warranty periods as the manufacturer believes in the product. I can see why they only offer 2 years! Even if it is outside the warranty, it's obviously a manufacturer issue which should be dealt with, a number of other people in our development have had similar issues, with varying levels of service. My advice, avoid at all costs! Go to a decent quality kitchen company that will last.
