Rude unhelpful staff. Stand around chatting and cannot be bothered to serve you until you ask them. Worst shop in Broadlands, Bridgend
Disappointed to hear the young staff commenting on a Sunday at 4.30…. They are all like scavengers coming in her now … it’s only because the other shops are closed….referring to paying customers in the shop…..
They scan my items really quickly and caring
Not the best Tesco express experience unfortunately. Staff was so rude in helping me with finding at item as I’m visually impaired. Left feeling very anxious, i just left my basket on the floor that was full of groceries and exited the store.
Probably the friendliest place I’ve ever shopped in. All staff happy to help very friendly. Always have time to say Hi and advise on products. Great place.

Always have the bits and bobs I need. Store is clean, well lit, well organised and lovely staff.

Popped into this particular Tescos this morning, the service is appalling, there was 3 people working in the store who decided to congregate in the milk isle for a work related discussion, a lady was trying to use the self service machine which seemed to have a mind of its own, I was waiting to get served I needed to purchase cigarettes otherwise I would have served myself, I could clearly see that nobody was concerned I needed serving clearly work related issues seemed more important, in the end I asked for one of them to serve me, the shop could have been robbed and they wouldn't have noticed, when the cashier did finally serve me she was in a fluster, at this point a que had formed along with the lady at the self service checkout still struggling, il never use this shop again, terrible service
