   feel really sorry for the staff having to put up with the riff raff who stay in the tin shacks on the nearby camp being rude then leaving bad reviews never had anything but good service

   A lady about 50 ( cashier)with black long hair needs training on customer service, she is the rudest person ive ever encountered, screaming at me when I had my 8 year old with me, all over my daughter saying "look at nunber 3 scratchcard mummy it's got swimming on it" she refused to serve me because of it and said " she doesn't have to put up with the likes of me" and to get out of her shop. I left there absolutely baffled, I obviously shouted back at her as she was shouting at me but i couldnt believe it. there was a lady on self serve who heard it all and as I was half way up the road walking she stopped me to ask if I was OK because that lady serving was disgraceful. What a dreadful experience and I'm not the 1st to say it

   Convenient location as we’re staying at Trecco Bay. However, disappointing with lack of items available, and a rude staff member who twice made a point of stating that they were “too busy” to assist.

   I realise that I was trying to shop on a Sunday in the midst of a lorry driver shortage (why I gave it 2 rather than 1 star), but really no stock on shelves for anything I wanted, ended up having to go somewhere else to get what I needed. I'm sure it's normally fine.
