   I ordered a few things for delivery last night at 21:25pm and my order was accepted aswell as my money and it still hasn’t arrived! I had an email giving me a compensation voucher for £2 yet no email or phone call saying they weren’t delivering my stuff! that is just bloody ridiculous! I tried and tried calling last night but there no answer! I was up until god knows what time last night just waiting! And this morning I tried and tried calling and what do you know still no answer! Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve asked for full refund and my delivery today! This is completely unacceptable!

   Phoned us to say some items weren’t available, then delivered a wrong item. When a business makes a mistake it’s how they deal with it that says what a good business it is, or not! It was nearly closing time when I called to say, lady promised it would be delivered tonight, we thought at 10,20pm we wouldn’t get it, but it did in fact arrive, well done and thank you, will definitely order again! 5*!

   I use this shop for posting alot of my Hermes parcels and the odd pint of milk. Staff are friendly and quick to get you're parcel scanned in. I travel to Pyle out of preference as I find the staff much more helpful and switched on than the Port Talbot branch.

   Open early, closes late, 7 days a week, including days when everywhere else closes, like, Christmas Day. So great for that last minute emergency. Wide range of products on sale, including alcohol. Hermes drop off and collection point. Small parking area at the front. Only downside is steps up to entrance but if you can't get in, give a shout and someone will pop out to you.
