Very bad service. The sales staff were gathered together chatting among themselves and completely ignored customers. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this store.

Never felt so welcome in a shop, Ryan and Millie helped us have a quick and easy shopping experience as our sen daughter doesn’t like being in shops, Ryan even took the time to ask if the shops layout is good for wheelchair users, just a breath of fresh air that the staff were so thoughtful and accommodating. Went into store to collect a click and collect order . This was obviously too much for the steroid infused workers in store to comprehend . First advised that I’d need to wait for the text confirming it’s ready . Challenged them back and guess what they managed to pick a whole order , almost as if they were looking for a reason to do f all. Poor service and even poorer management especially the steroid filled manager who looks way to old to be wearing a tight fitting referee outfit #failures #drugtest
I visit here at least once a month we go mk just to go footlocker as Northampton doesn’t have one absolutely love it here although I feel they keep the Jordan’s for there friends
Shop CONS you out of BLUE LIGHT DISCOUNT FOR NHS AS IT CAN ONLY BE USED ON CERTAIN ITEMS BUT DONT TELL YOU UNTIL YOU PAY SO NOT REALLY SUPPORTING WORKERS THAT GOT THEM THROUGH
I visited to return an online purchase that didn't fit me and was pleasantly surprised by how open the atmosphere felt inside the store compared to JD next door which felt cramped by how close the clothing racks are to one another. The return was straightforward and the woman at the till knew what she was doing without having to call a manager. I was in an out within a few mins.
We visited here looking for a Pacific trailer we were served by Keeley. M she was very friendly and couldn't help us enough, giving us advise on the right footwear, will be definitely shopping here again.
