This is my local shop and due to a rude, unprofessional member of staff names Sarah wells I have been forced to stop shopping here. I corrected a mistake she made and she lost it with me, I then proceeded to tell her that her customer service was not up to scratch. Her retaliation was shocking, she phoned my place of work and started confrontation, she mailed me abuse on Facebook and also is abusive towards me in the street. All down to one comment on her customer service. One thing you should learn in customer service is that the customer is always right... even when they’re wrong. I also called the manager and he proceeded to tell me to jog on and that she was a brilliant member of staff.
