   Took my daughter to get her first set of acrylic tips. She’d seen some Christmas nail art on Pinterest and showed the nail tech. With absolutely no issues at all, he had copied the design effortlessly and we were out within the hour. Remember though, it’s cash only here, no cards! I would highly recommend - a very good experience with a very skilled group of people. Attention to detail and beautiful results. I can understand why they’re so busy.

   I got my nails done before I went on holiday and wow! I absolutely adored my time being there and my nails when they were finished were beautiful, like seen in the photos. The employees are so lovely and made the experience enjoyable as well as relaxing.

   Terrible experience, I was literally shouted at for stating that the nails were nothing like I’ve asked for. She said the saloon was busy but it’s not my fault, I’ve booked a spot 2 weeks in advance, what was meant to be a nice time with my friends (who also spent a lot of money on the day) became a stressful afternoon. I’m now waiting for someone another lady who works here to finish her client so she can start my nails. I wanted gel colour so it wouldn’t damage my nails but the lady kept trying to force to have acrylic so she could get more money out of it. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, some of the people there are lovely but you gotta try your luck and not end up with a rude one like me. If is busy, just don’t take walk ins, it wasn’t busy when I came in with my friends AND I PRE BOOKED. They used to give drinks and everything but now nothing! Just rudeness.

   The staff are absolutely lovely and very welcoming! My nails turned out beautiful and I can say this this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! A gentleman did my manicure and a lady did my pedicure and they were gentle, and made sure I had exactly what I asked for. My manicure is exactly what I showed him! The prices are brilliant for the quality you get. I would 100% recommend!

   I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but paying £43 for some acrylics that were far from what I expected is crazy to me. My cuticles weren’t cut, nails weren’t filed properly leaving bits of nail hanging round the top of the nail. The powder wasn’t even covering all of my nails so it looked like I already had a weeks worth of growth. First 2 pictures are the day I got them done. The 3rd photo is one week later. Won’t be returning.

   Had nails done normally quite good on the third attempt had nails done buy cine of the men in the gorleston branch and after 2weeks they started to fall off won't go back there again!!!!

   Don’t usually leave a bad review but had an awful experience. They used the wrong colour on my brows after specifying what I wanted and then proceeded to dye half my forehead and then refused to refund me. Asked me to come back to which I explained I am not paying to come an hour away to have my eyebrows butchered further.

   Really lovely experience in this nail bar, not only did they do a fantastic job with my nails, they were polite & made small talk which is good enough for me. I live in London but come down to GY often so I tend to save doing them at home & wait till I go there. The nails last ages as they use really good quality nails, glue & polish. Thank you USA nails!!
