My nail tech was lovely, we had great conversation. The only thing i would improve is that they didn’t touch my cuticles at all! Love the result. Cost £36.
Generally I don't like to leave bad reviews for places I've visited as I believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt however the rudeness of the staff and poor quality of the product cannot go without comment. After bullying my partner into selling her a product she clearly did not request and not being able to copy a basic design that she had provided at the start of the service. I can safely say that you should not waste your time or money here. On top of having a poor service the staff took the time to insult my partner in their own language! It's Unbelievable that this place is still operating in Norwich.
Not the best experience. Went in for an infill. When they went to infill, they asked why I had white acrylic powder. I explained that it was for a wedding I attended for the design I had. The woman sighed and said well it’s more difficult to infill with white powder. She managed to do it. However, when it came to the colour. She said I was not allowed any light colours and to choose a dark colour. She also said the heart should be white on a dark colour. So I chose a darker colour than the one that I originally wanted. After 45 minutes of filing my nails with multiple tools, another colleague came and painted them. I was in the salon for well over an hour and 15 minutes. And came out with nails that are awful. I asked for a Matte top coat. And all you can see is smeary lines across all my nails. I wasted £40 and my morning in this salon, ending up with cuts, awful nails and sore fingers, even a day later: the staff were so rude, to not only me but other customers. Would not recommend using this place
A customer for over 10 years and so impressed with their skill and designs. The owners are so talented and the team also. My nails were done in 22 minutes for a full set yesterday when I said I had only 45 mins. Incredible. It’s a walk in and never had to wait long. Nails last over 6 weeks. Will not use anyone else.
Worst set of nails ever, they are very thin, already chipping 5days later definitely not worth £36. (These photos are after someone cleaned up the mess of my nails when I complained about them) The first young lady I had was lovely but after she applied the tips I then got swapped to this other woman and she was horrible! She didn’t bother filing the tip down before applying acrylic. The acrylic was so thin it didn’t even look like any was on my nails, she didn’t brush off the filled acrylic powder from my nails nor did she ask me to wash it off so she just painted on top of dust therefor the gel was super bumpy a and lumpy. She got gel all on my skin around my nails and so I said “could you please clean up around my nails or paint abit neater as it’s all on my skin and cuticles”. She then aggressively pulled my hand back to her while saying “this is ok” and I didn’t this that was professional and I felt very uncomfortable. I explained to the lady who I assume is the manager there and she agreed that my nails were not good at all. I had the young lady who started my nails fix the problem and mess of the previous woman and she was very apologetic, she done her best to make good out of a bad job! But the nails are awful and already chipping after not even a week! Avoid!!
Asked for nail art and it looks like a 5 year old has done it, the nail art is supposed to be a star... It’s so embarrassing that I’ve had to paint over it. He knew it was bad and still had the cheek to charge me £2 for ‘nail art’. Waited 40 minutes to have gels. Took 20 mins for him to do and he didn’t treat the nail or prepare it at all - used a drill on my nail just for gels?? I don’t know any shops that do this anymore. Didn’t shape my nails or measure lengths.
awful. the guy doing my manicure was so rough and snipped my cuticles WAY too low - ended up bleeding for a couple hours after i left and he actually took a chunk of my finger skin off. the gel nails began to peel the same night as i got in the shower - i didn't pick them at all after i got them. upon going back and asking for a refund the (already quite rude) staff were even ruder - insinuating that i was lying about my nails peeling off. "girls come in and get pretty nails just for one night out". was refused a refund - had to speak to the manager in the middle of the room as he was halfway through doing someone else's nails - hardly even looked up to address me. worst nail salon in norwich - spend money on those worth your time not these w*nkers.
First time in years I've had the chance to get my nails done, absolutely love them. All the staff were friendly. The man who did my nails took so much care and got them exactly how I wanted, couldn't recommend this place enough.
I was sceptical with all the negative reviews but don’t regret my decision to get my nails done here. They were really gentle with my hands, friendly and took the time to make sure everything was right. From my experience, it was the customers that were quite rude to the staff; huffing and rolling eyes. For example, some came in an hour before closing expecting to be seen when it was packed. When told they were full and to come back tomorrow, they huffed and said ‘urgh, I’ll take my services elsewhere’ like anywhere else wouldn’t busy on a Friday evening. Others complained about the wait time after only 20 minutes. Overall, I’m pleased with my nails and their customer service.
I absolutely love this nail salon and wouldn't go, to any other. Brilliant nails everytime, as well as wonderful and welcoming staff. Few pictures of different sets I've had done, added to my review.
