   Normally I have a great experience here, but today I went in to get my babies feet measured, I was told her size and then picked some shoes to try on. The dark haired lady that was dealing with us was utterly useless and rude, she bought the wrong pair of shoes 2 times and then told me that they had no shoes that would fit her. She did not want to help me and was simply rude. Will not be coming back here

   I came in to see if they have a specific shoe for my toddler... this lady insisted to help I did ask her few questions however with no luck on finding what I was looking for , I thanked for her help … And I get the answer oh so you will live your child with no shoes . In fact I did have some shoes I was just looking for alternative anyways hardly any stock. I never give reviews and when I do I have amazing experience, however no need for this comment . Won’t shop here again

   Always have a fantastic experience here at Clarks Banbury. All the staff take real time when it comes to getting our children's feet measured and in the correct shoes. None of their shoes have ever rubbed or left a mark which I believe is testament to the quality and fit that you would expect from Clarks. The staff and their service is brilliant here above all other locations we've tried. The children are always made to feel special when they leave and they always offer helpful advice on the aftercare of the particular shoes purchased. Cannot fault them. *****

   Went in store yesterday with my 3 year old. Was assisted by Sheila who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Will definitely be going back more regularly to get my son’s feet measured. Bought 3 pairs yesterday and he loves them all!

   Popped in to the store the other day needing to buy some shoes for a Christening. Staff were very helpful, helping pick out shoes that would go with my suit. Being a size 12 can be tricky but Nicola kindly checked stock files for styles available in that size to allow me a few options. I bought a protector spray as well as Nicola explained how to use it and the benefits it offers. Will be back in the future for all my shoe needs.

   Not much to say really. The shop was empty when I went in, I knew exactly what I wanted, it was in stock, I tried on the footwear, happy with it, bought it and left. I guess I was there for no longer than 5 minutes. Friendly staff, good enough range of footwear on display. I'd go there again.
