Went for breakfast at Costa, did some shopping for shoes then went back to Costa to wait for friend. Two weeks later I received a parking fine of £100 for staying too long. Very unhappy and will not visit this shopping complex again.
I went into this branch of Shoezone yesterday for the first time. When I entered the store I was impressed by how clean and tidy the store was. I love shoezone and am aware that all stores look the same but I'm sure they use a ruler to line up all the shoe boxes here. Even the shoes that were hanging up all had been pulled forward and tidy. Someone clearly takes pride in their work. The staff that were welcoming and smiled when I made eye contact. I was assisted by a young lady called Storm. What a breathe of fresh air she was from start to finish!. She went out of her way to help me choose some much needed trainers. She was friendly, calm and polite at all times. I didn't feel rushed in any way. She asked me questions about the sort of thing I was after that I hadn't thought of. E.g. did I want a tie up, or velcro fastening? I was telling her about my up and coming holiday and the fact I had been looking for a new handbag but couldn't find on. She told me they'd had a new bag come in which she was thinking of getting. It was a nice sized bag that could be used as a handbag or a back pack. It was roomy for all by never ending things I need to carry on me. Storm made my visit exceptional. She was attentive and extremely helpful. I know with retail most staff are on minimum wage and work hard for their wage, but I get the feeling this young lady could have been on £20 per hour and her customer service would have been the same. She clearly loves helping "awkward" customers like me. As a result my pair of trainers purchase resulted in me also purchasing 2 bags. I left extremely happy and pleased but mainly I felt valued as a customer. Well done Storm. You're really a gem.
Had excellent service from Sarah and Yaz in the store. Both were very friendly and attentive to our needs. I only wanted to purchase slippers for myself, but we walked out with 4 pairs of shoes, 2 each for my wife and I. The size of shoes that I wanted to purchase were not available and so they were ordered on-line for next day delivery. Good service and business model. Great selection of shoes at good prices and excellent service.

I walked in today with my husband and 2yr old daughter intending to purchase a pair of sandals for myself. The sales assistant was friendly and chatty as she informed us of the latest deals and trends on offer. We ended up getting not only the sandals we came for but two pairs of shoes for my daughter too as the selection was so impressive. In fact I had to stop myself buying more! There was a good variety of affordable shoes as well as some slightly pricier brand names, as well as a selection of different bags. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely charming sales assistant. Greeted me with a warm welcome. Left me to browse with no pressure to buy. When I was ready to try on shoes she was extremely helpful and assisted me with my purchases with friendly and genuine conversation. Very knowledgeable about the range of products too. I cannot fault my experience there today. Thank you.
Large selection of school shoes. Prices were fair, they had nice shoes like Clark’s and middle brand shoes. The store was clean and had friendly staff. Will go back for future shoes.
