   Nails are done well and the prices are good, but just as a heads up there is NO point booking an i appointment eveeytime I have done this I've waited at least an hour before they even started. My appointment today waa 10am and a lady who was sitting waiting had been here since 9am! I book an appointment as I am very busy at the moment and need to have a set time to have them done. Unfortunately I end up getting really stressed as there is no urgency, and they tell people just to sit and wait it's all ok if you ja e time to do that! Some don't.

   I went in today for removal of and new acrylic nails fitted with gel Polish finish. The girl stated i just needed infills. She was quite rough with me and quite rude and abrupt. I picked the colour that matched the colour I had on. She appeared to become argumentative saying the colour wasn't the same. I stuck with my choice. Throughout my treatment she was rough with my hands. Pulling them towards her and thrusting them back quite rough. I have never experienced this behaviour in this nail bar before. I usually have a chat and laugh with the girls. At one point she twisted my finger so she could file the side of my nail. It hurt and made me jump. She rudely told me to keep my hand still. I nearly walked out due to her rudeness and rough treatment. But id have been left with infilled bare nails. Even when she put the dryer there she just pushed it towards me stating put your hand in. Again quite abrupt. Its sad really as ive been there many times but this has put me off. After her rude behaviour and tough treatment of my hands. After saying all this my nails do look lovely but her behaviour was shocking.

   Would put 0 stars! Awful and not professional atal. Very rude! My daughter waited patiently for a hour for her nails, she was the only one waiting next to be seen.. yet when more people came in they saw to them first. Like my daughter was invisible! It angers me how they think they can treat people and a young girl who is happy to come to a nail salon and be treated that way. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Learn manners and make it fair!

   Perfect service everytime . Have tried so many nail bars and this one is the absolute best. They always look perfect and last forever and ever . Also I have the tiniest toe nails on some of my feet but they always make them look amazing . Can’t believe some of the bad reviews I’ve read , the ladies are never ever rude to their customers but you must remember that English is not their language … they do their utmost best to understand what we are saying and reply to us …… so it may come across short & abrupt but it’s not meant in a rude way at all … they joke with us and I can’t fault them . They are speaking our language much better than some English people. Will always go here and recommend them for the best nail & pedicure services ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ignore the bad reviews !!!!

   Wanted to put 0 stars but unfortunately that ain’t an option I went in yesterday with my mate and they started making fun of how short mine and my mates nails were my mate started crying as she can’t help biting her nails and she has anxiety they there started laughing at her nails then after we got them done my mates was helping my mum get out the shop as my mum is in a wheelchair then as my mate was trying to get my mum out the shop the lady grabbed my mates hand 2 time and they was really rude I don’t recommend going

   Everytime I go in there they are always welcoming. When I don’t understand them, they take their time with me cuz I find it difficult to understand their language. My nails are always like I want them and so much more. I have been going to them for the past 3 years and never had a problem with my nails.

   They are the cheapest around since Covid hit, but sometimes i feel like even though i book everytime i still wait up to at least 30 mins to get to my seat. The women are nice abit rough with my hands as i have problems with my thumb areas and wrists. I dont feel like i can get the amount of art i would of used to have gotten in other shops, weather that is due to language barriers or them not being able to do it i dont know. But for how much you pay for infills on gel sets and full sets here, compared to other places in Yarmouth, its alot cheaper. Standard has gone up alot more the last couple months and it defo makes me want to carry on returning, keep it up girls!

   The staff are very friendly and the area is nice and clean. The shop used to be called '5 Star Nails' but changed to 'Yarmouth Nail Bar'. They always give an outstanding performance. I would totally recommend their establishment to all of my friends.
