   I normally go next door however as they were busy I thought I would give this place a try. I went in for Biab nails. The lady filled my nails so much they started to over heatheat and burn and hurt on multiple occasions. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else! She also cut into my cuticle and made me bleed. No apology. Biab hurt under the UV light. I ended up needed antibiotic cream for the cuticle cut on my thumb as it was deep. Nails started to chip after 24 hrs and also bubble up! I went back to have it fixed. Second lady applied the top coat again and this time did not rush the drying so thankfully no more chips. However, a couple of nails were cut down and reshaped wrongly and nail varnish is streaky on some nails. Over all not what you expect when you pay £40 and 2x car parking charges. Sadly I won’t be giving them further business.

   My nails were rushed, both my thumbs were left bloodied & cut... Day 2 of the new nails & it's chipped already.. No english when I went in, the nail techs were speaking about one the customers, I find it so rude they never speak any english when in shop & always talk about customers.. I didn't have one conversation, it was very rushed. A male assistant there had no clue what he was doing 5 coats of gel nail polish he did on another customer...

   The nail technician who did my nails clearly had no idea what they were doing. I asked for BIAB, a service I've had done many times before, but they performed it so poorly that my hands were burning in the machine. To make matters worse, they filed so aggressively that one of my fingers started bleeding by the end of the session. The final result was uneven, with polish left all over my fingers. Honestly, they're lucky I even paid for such an awful experience and I certainly won’t be coming back.

   Easily made an appointment here by calling for a Monday afternoon. To summarize my experience: Pro- the nail techs were welcoming, was good at cutting cuticles and location is convenient. Con- 1. The service was poor; the gentleman who helped soak my soft gel off with warm acetone, left me for a good ten minutes and made my skin start to burn. 2. The cleanliness off the salon was a concern. All equipment didnt seem to be sanitized in between services. You can see one of my photos of the nail clipper the woman used was rusting. Im sure the salon can afford to get a new one. 3. The attention to detail was poor. I had to ask several times to round off my nails again because had kept them square. 4. The women dug so much into my toe nail to shape them that it became swollen. 5. The manicure polish seemed poor quality. Im pleased that I brought my own. 6. No cuticle oil at the end or lotion. I would not recommend as there are other salons right next door to try.

   Absolutely amazing!! I've been here twice now and I will definitely be making regular visits here! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and there's an overall very pleasant atmosphere. They were able to replicate the designs I showed them perfectly, they were very gentle and I was beyond impressed with the results. The prices are perfectly reasonable and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will most definitely be coming back here! :^)

   The nail tech was lovely. That’s the positive bit over. They did not even get close to the picture I asked for and the “French tip” is wonky and blocky and just way too big!!! The shape is square and completely wrong for the length of nail and not to mention the massive black bruises all over my nail bed from damage and excessive filing. To top things off the business refused to give me a refund with no explanation and said I could come back in to get them redone but with the state of my nail bed I’m going no where near the salon again !

   I’m not usually one that likes to complain but it’s kind of frustrating when you spend £40 (the most of ever spent on acrylics and the worst I’ve had) and feel like your being rushed, there was no cue, nobody waiting and wasn’t a busy day/time but it felt like they wanted you in and out as soon as possible, when I’m spending £40 on a treatment I want to feel like I’m not being rushed, that they are taking the time to do the best they can, I had to go home and finish them off myself because all of my nails had really sharp ends where they weren’t filled down properly and I kept catching them on my skin, and most of the nails are too big for my fingers and look silly so I’ll be removing them. Aside from that the staff are friendly
