Great locality, reasonably priced hotel with friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable but could do with a lick of paint and a bit of tlc in areas. Very white, rooms almost feel a bit like student accommodation.....but it is as the pictures. Would happily stay again when visiting for a night or two.

Hotel location is amazing - so close to loads of shops and bars maybe a ten min walk to the beach and the Staff were very kind and pleasant. The room however was not the best. We stayed in room 193 which was an accessible room (we didn’t pick this it was just the only room left ), there were no bed side tables? No mirror by the desk to do any sort of makeup etc? The Shelves by the glasses and tea amenities were stained yellow and sticky. Bathroom and bed sheets were very clean though and also get changed every three days. You get a single socket either side of the bed but if you try to use any plug and slightly pull it, the plug almost falls out. Also to mention there is no decor to this room - no warmth. So if you just want a room in a good location it’s great, if you are spending a lot of time in the hotel maybe not.

I had booked a double here for 2 nights for Brighton pride in August 2025, It was a booking with free cancellation. A good deal. Today it was suddenly cancelled by the hotel without giving any reason, obviously it's because my deal was too good and they want to rent it out for a higher price to get more money. This is something I heard has happened to others but it's a first for me. I found another hotel for a good price so I'm fine but I would strongly advise anyone to book with this hotel if this is how they treat customers.

Just spent a night here. Perfect location and the car park is a bonus. Our room was bright and clean with pleasant lighting, crisp bedding and plenty of sockets for phones etc. Good bar and pleasant staff. We didn’t have breakfast but the menu looked varied and the tables were nicely set. We look forward to returning.

We spent one night here after a longer stay (to be nearer to town and station). Really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and exciting, lovely lighting and calming ambience throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable and clean for a really reasonable price. It was quiet in the room considering we were there at Halloween and the bars outside were buzzing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Amazing value for money.

Really lovely hotel and really lovely staff. Very eco friendly. The room we had was great with the seats by the window. We stayed for 2 nights and overall my experience was great and we could take out drinks up to the room. The bar was awesome and hotel guests had discount which was lovely. Couple of things I wasn't fond of: We didn't give us enough milk in the room for 2 mornings of tea and coffee. They said we can make requests through WhatsApp but I'm too socially awkward to demand things over a message. Also the minibar chocolate I thought would be tasty but it was not, as it was 100% I can't imagine anyone would want to eat it and actually enjoy it.

Amazing hotel, clean with a brilliant atmosphere. I was also especially impressed with the incredible cocktails made by Leah in the bar. Would definitely come here again even if it’s for another espresso martini! Would 100% recommend!

What a unique and cool place to stay! The decor is interesting and the room was comfortable and clean. Close to the action on the streets and many nearby shops and restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful. An experience I would recommend.

The aesthetics of this hotel are so funky and fun. The only thing I would say is that it looks as though they took over an old hotel and tried to turn it into a cool vibe under a budget, because you can tell it’s seen some significant wear and tear. The room seemed really dirty upon initial glance, but we chalked it up to stains and discoloration from age. I think with some fresh paint and replacement of carpet, that wouldn’t feel so significant. Overall the experience was good and the staff was very kind and helpful.
