   So rude; if your one of their premium customers you’ll probably get a first class service but if your not expect a long wait at the counter whilst all the staff congregate around one of their premium customer joining in with small talk and joking whilst leaving all the cash customers waiting, and when you do get served it’s a blunt; ‘what do you want!’ Attitude. And they wonder why us cash customers don’t use them.
