   Placed an order which was accepted. Subsequently refunded without explanation. Only upon chasing up was I told the item was not in stock. No alternative options offered. Would not buy from this store again. Customer service was prompt and friendly, that was the only upside.

   Amazing service from Anna, we spent a good couple hours sitting on so many sofas and Anna was so helpful aiding us in making a decision. We did have to wait a long time for our sofa, it was just under 4 months from purchasing to it arriving but it was delivered yesterday and we're over the moon with it! Highly recommend!

   Interesting experience. I'm in the market for a new sofa and 2 rugs. I walked in during the week, place was far from busy; 3 members of staff 'chatting', not one of them acknowledged me, it appeared they almost went out of their way to avoid eye contact (which is fascinating considering it's a so called 'retail showroom'. To the owner of the business. Please do invest in some good customer service training, its seriously needed.
