   On arrival the room was a mess. Totally unacceptable. The room was very cold the whole time we were there. The heater was not big enough to heat it. Everything was cold and damp. Bedding felt damp to touch, walls felt damp. Towels were damp the whole time we were there. We would have warmer in a caravan.

   Such a lovely little place. Quiet but with amenities nearby. Bed is so comfy and the room is clean. Staff are really lovely, slight mix up with room otherwise would be a 5* all round. 10 year old is very happy with the biscuits provided ha. Would stay again

   Stayed here for 3 nights for a little getaway … was disappointed to be honest wasn’t clean at all pretty sure I left it cleaner then I found it. Nearly came home early on night 2 because I just felt so grubby being there . Location wise it’s very out the way. I just don’t think it was worth the price I paid for 3 nights primer inn does it better ! There was hair as what I can only describe as trimmed beard hair all around the bathroom sink .. simple things like dusting hadn’t been done.

   Room was not clean on arrival, dirty plates on bed toilet unflushed...host sorted immediately when contacted. Room a bit tired and in need of refresh, but warm and the bed was comfy. Wifi didnt work, shower just about worked. Ok for somewhere to lay your head for the night

   Room was very clean. Nice little room with everything needed inside. Only down side is the self check in was a bit of a pain getting in the first door with the code given, figured it out in the end, also had to help 2 other guests with the main door also as they couldn't work it out. But the stay was enjoyable. Nice little village. We extended are stay as we liked it here, however no one came to give us fresh towels or top up on the toilet roll and toiletries and we was here for a total of 5 nights.

   Clean and tidy but with everything you need for a stay away. Kettle could be bigger but serves the purpose. Bed is comfortable and room is clean and tidy and very homely. Big television and very good WiFi. Shower was good and hot and plenty of towels supplied. I will definitely stay here again. It is only a short walk to a local pub which does food and great beer so everything needed.
