   Room was a good size and clean with ac. Bathroom was modern. Iron and hairdryer were also provided. You can stick around until 2pm if you pay 20£ extra. Location is definitely perfect - 15 minutes from the station, 5 minutes from the beach and around a road full of restaurants (mainly Asian). There is a bar right under the hotel on the other side so it was slightly noisy but being a light sleeper I didn’t have issues. If you wanna avoid, ask a room on the side of the park.

   Lovely rooms, great receptionists. Lovely view of regency. If you're on the top floor then there are quite a few creaky wooden steps to ascend; sorry to those who tried to have an early night.

   WORST HOTEL EVER. I left my trainers and called back 12 hours later only for them to tell me that it was 'old' and they had thrown it away, i had had the shoes a month. They where also extremely rude and hung up the phone. Worst service ever. i wouldnt even give it a star but i had to in order to post
