My partner and I were given the wrong room initially, the room we were then given smelt of mould unfortunately and had no heating. The room itself seemed clean, ignoring the smell and the decor was very tasteful. The breakfast included in the room, was at the Regency restaurant. The breakfast options were 'English breakfast or a Vegetarian English breakfast', the breakfast itself was also of a very poor standard. All set backs aside the staff we encountered, at Hotel 360 were very accommodating and friendly and even let us keep the room past check-out as we had bags we did not want to carry around. Additional to that the location is really good.

Booked a 2 night couple stay and the hotel didn’t disappoint. We got room 2 which I think is one of the better room. It had a beautiful palace interior, a sea view and jets in the baths. We kindly got given free breakfast from the hotel at the local restaurant down the road which made our stay even better. We 100% would comeback again and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a affordable hotel in a good location. My only criticism is that the heating was on a 7pm - 12pm timer, however on our last day this changed and there was heating in the morning. My boyfriend found the room to be warm enough without the heating and called me ‘dramatic’ so the heating wasn’t a big deal.

A great hotel location wise, very friendly staff. The card machine had broken so we hadto pay cash which was a bit of an inconvenience. We paid £90 for a room which was amazing, with a four poster bed and a fantastic view of the sea, the huge tv was great also and we would of enjoyed watchingit if it hadn't been broken, and what a lovely bathroom with a powered bubble bath, which we would also have liked to enjoy if it hadn't been for the lack of hot water. The water was ice cold. It should also be pointed out that the breakfast is not served in the hotel but in a cafe down the road. All in all for once we had a dream room in a fantastic position but the experience was ruined by the lack of the basics

The hotel is very well located, with beachfront views from the side windows. The room was spacious and traditionally decorated with period features and a grand four poster bed with drapes and tassels! This made for a very different experience than the norm of ultra modern and minimalist. Stairs could be a problem, as this is not a hotel suitable for anyone with walking disabilities. Reception was pleasant and full English breakfast for two included within the package. Recommended and would stay here again.

Room was adequate, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. Tudor style decor, which made the room feel smaller than it actually was. Could do with a good clean, as the bins hadn't been emptied and the mirrors were dirty. Wouldn't rush back there but the location made it worthwhile.

Room needs some redecorating, less passive aggressive notes towards thieves and I wish they would someone to fix up the room /change bins everyday but aside from the customer care was good, rooms were large although slightly hot but a fan was provided. Bed, sheets and towels were above average quality, overall was a decent experience.
