    Let a great property in the marina for almost 3 years and looked after it like my own. It was left in an exceptionally high standard using a professional cleaning company. For some reason leaders thought it was appropriate to get a further cleaning company in, charge for a lost key and sent me a bill for £460. Having been a landlord myself I understand both sides of tenancy so I was surprised they thought any of this was ok. The communications from Adam bordered on harassment. I ended up paying half of it just to get them out of my life. AVOID.............................................
