   quite frankly an embarrassing company. they pray on students in the area, allowing them to live in unfit housing, not fixing reported issues, and taking majority of the deposit. landlords, tenants, avoid with your life. if i was an estate agent i’d rather quit than work here. Natasha in particular needs training on emails as she’s extremely rude and dismissive. Burn it down and try again i’d say.

   I advise not to deal with them because of the lack of clarity, as well as to take insurance, and then you are obliged to pay other bills, lack of cleanliness while receiving the apartment, and a lot of evasion.

   Had a wonderful experience with Khalil Properties. Stayed with them a year long. They are extremely accommodating and kind for their tenants. While it can be tricky to get hold of letting agencies once you have moved in, Khalil Properties hold your back whenever you need them. Highly recommend letting property through them!

   This is the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. The owner ignored my messages when my gas boiler was down. I have an " all bills included flat" however I was restricted to electricity socket usage. The electricity was down multiple times. This office is completely unprofessional and very unhelpful. They do not care about their maintenance services. I was left hanging in my flat with no heating and freezing water and limited electricity usage, and the owner didn't deal with me professionally. Instead, he kept ignoring my texts. I do not recommend this office to anyone. They haven't compensated me. They ignored my complaints. I had the worst experience ever. Dealing with this office is a thing you will regret.

   I used Khalil Properties for my student property while studying at University. Ahmed and the team have been so helpful throughout the last 2 years while in my student house. Any issues we had, the team were quick to respond and help us and we got our deposit back straight away. Couldn't recommend the team enough. I will miss my time staying at the student house - Highly recommend Khalil Properties!

   Khalil Properties is by far the best agency I have used, me and my family stayed in one of their holiday lets at the start of December and it was the best experience to start of the Christmas month. The property was clean and warm and beautifully decorated! The staff at Khalil Properties were very helpful and quick to reply when we needed to get in contact with them. Highly recommend!

   Unhappy with the service.Rented a studio from them for 6 months and reported issues on the 1st which was not fixed for a long time (4 months) and it was fixed once new tenants started coming to see the studio. And we were charged a cleaning fee of around €125 saying that the studio required professional cleaning even though the studio was handed over clean by us. After the dispute charge was reduced to €55 which is totally unnecessary as we returned the studio in better condition then provided to us and also cleaning charges were not mentioned in the tenancy agreement.
