They look after both the landlords and tenants well ensuring any issues are dealt with promptly including over bank holidays when my tenant needed the boiler fixed. There were quite a few teething issues with both flats and they were really helpful in making sure it was all sorted out. I would definitely recommend using a good letting agent such as Maslens as opposed to trying to self manage unless you are highly experienced in that area.”
