Isobel was such a gem with helping us find somewhere to live!! She rang me before the listing even went up and booked us in for a viewing, and then moved our viewing a day sooner so we could get in there earlier. She was so supportive throughout the whole process and it really felt like she had our backs when putting us forward for the tenancy! We feel very lucky to have had Isobel’s help
Isobel helped us with our viewing and went out of her way to help us. We came for a viewing in the morning but the tenant wasn’t in, she then managed to squeeze us in later in the day and was so helpful with the information, so friendly and great with explaining the next steps. This is a good agency to go to!

I had a really positive experience of this letting agents King and Chasemore. Chloe Treagus was really lovely and listened to my requirements for a property and made me feel like I was an important client. I really liked the move in pack they gave with the bottle of beer and snacks! Though the beer would have been better if it had had some alcohol in rather than the 0% stuff- but it still was a nice gesture so 5 stars!!
Mixed experience with King & Chasemore so far, though it's early days in our tenancy. The agents forgot we had a property viewing booked, so we had to wait around for an hour after trying to get in touch with them, though they did eventually arrive and take us around the property. They have been quite hard to get in touch with by phone, half the time we tried to ring them we got the answerphone. Despite this, communication has been decent, and we are now happily in our new property.
What a great customer service! I popped in with my friend who is looking for the flat to rent and I was so impressed by Anet who was very helpful and professional. I can see that she cares about her clients and was able to answer our questions. Thank you !
