   We recently bought a flat through Oakleys, working with Hannah Wells. Hannah was absolutely brilliant throughout. She kept the chain moving, checking in regularly to see how things were progressing on either side, gently steering things along with a quiet calm which was exactly what we needed when things got stressful.    I cannot thank Oakleys enough. I had an extremely stressful situation involving the flat I own in Brighton at the end of last year. A legal matter too challenging to explain. Oakleys were empathetic from the outset. Appreciated my predicament and acted quickly and without fuss to remedy the situation. Without this approach the situation could have become even harder. Today we completed a house purchase in central Brighton marketed by Oakley Properties A few observations which might be helpful for other buyers / sellers: 1) The sale was completed within c. two months from offer. 2) Oakley turn around on communication was a matter of hours not days. 3) from the outset, open and honest communication was facilitated and managed by Oakley between us and the vendors. 4) the process to agree a purchase price was handled excellently to ensure both we and the vendors were happy with the outcome 5) communications with Oakley post offer acceptance received equal timely attention and turnaround so momentum was maintained. 6) most importantly the Oakley agent Hannah Wells excelled at making the sale / purchase experience a simple, positive and pragmatic process.
