I would also like to mention Cat, who has been extremely helpful over the last year with various aspects of living in Central Park and was especially helpful during my tenancy renewal. Oakley Lettings have been managing two residential properties for me over the last three years and I have been extremely happy with the service they provide. They have promptly and efficiently dealt with minor problems with the flats, saving me a lot of time and effort, and when more complex issues have arisen they have kept me fully informed whilst arranging for works to be carried out by qualified professionals at very reasonable cost. They have found good quality tenants for me quickly, thereby avoiding long vacant periods, and the rental income they have achieved has been excellent.
