The last sale was difficult, because of the buyers solicitor, but Lucy and Elliot were there for me, on my side, constantly pushing for it to go through. From the initial valuations and meetings, the marketing off our property with excellent description and photographs and the advice on sales progression, we felt supported and confident that we'd chosen the right team to handle our sale. This was even more evident during the predictably stressful and in some cases rather unpleasant renegotiation that happened towards the end of the process; Kieran handled this all wonderfully with both a reassuring professionalism and limitless patience.    Well what can I say. For starters if you're reading this and you're thinking of selling with this agent, speak to Aaron and get him on the case. From start to finish he was on point. The professionalism of Aaron was fantastic throughout, he ensured the whole process was as smooth as it could be. A complex transaction which required short notice on visits and appointments to the property, he was on hand to ensure these were taken care of. Lucy the sales progressor was fantastic and her persistence with all parties involved was commendable. If you're looking for an agent look no further, don't even bother looking elsewhere. Yes you will find slightly cheaper but there's no comparison. Absolute superstars.

   I can not speak more highly of the service I received from Sawyer and Co. regarding the sale of my house. From the initial valuation by Aaron all the way to completion the service was excellent. Lucy who progressed our sale kept us informed and helped us keep our cool. We had some logistical problems as our move was abroad and timeframes were a factor but the team worked really hard to keep everything on track.    We first put our property on with another agent and were very disappointed that our house wasn’t sold in the 3 months. We then contacted Sawyer & Co & Aaron came to see us and was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and proactive from the start and in fact to the end. On the 1st day with Sawyer & Co our house was sold for a very good price that we were more than happy with. That was back in February. Unfortunately we couldn’t find a suitable property to buy until the end of August. During that time Aaron kept our buyers fully informed of our progress and showed us properties that he thought we’d like. Finally we found somewhere and our offer was accepted. Aaron was as delighted as us and so were our buyers! Aaron continued to go above and beyond I believe by continually giving us advice and liaising with all parties until the end.
