   We had a decent experience despite the house being old and not well cleaned inside hadn't been maintained fully and when we entered the property, despite being told the house was being renovated before the beginning of our tenancy, there were still some basic essential maintenance to be carried out. The director dealt with it the best he could. We had to chase to get our deposit back after the inventory person put a charge on the check out for something that was broken and marked at check in. For an estate agency in Brighton they are good and I must admit they are more polite and customer service oriented than most people in this industry.

We have always had good feedback from our tenants and I feel confident that they look after both us and our tenants fairly. They are available 24/7 for tenant emergencies which give us peace of mind, and can arrange workmen if jobs are needed. No question is too big or small and I always get a friendly reception when speaking to them.
