I can’t recommend John and David enough. John supported us through a particularly difficult and protracted transaction with consistent professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness. I particularly liked going with a smaller agent as they actually knew our property well. They were always honest, and supportive of my family’s needs. Our property is in Kemp Town, and similar properties nearby were on with other agents and haven’t been sold.

Deceitful cowboy under the veneer of professionalism. When approached to value and sell our property a few years back, David Webb wanted to slash the price right down stating our property was exactly the same as former council estate properties in the area, 20 or 30 minutes' walk away from us. Ours is a privately owned property and has never been owned by any local authority or housing association and back then there was a huge difference in prices. (Rottingdean is still not London where prices of former council properties could be the same as privately owned properties). We found him deceitful And arrogant. We would like to see his property and those owned by his family members treated as council estate properties and priced in the same manner!
We have just exchanged on a property that we first viewed a little over 4 weeks ago thanks to the amazing service from David Webb Residential - calling out Danny Wood in particular for his honest approach, excellent communication and willingness to really help move things on during the purchasing process. We would definitely recommend them as an excellent agency that make you feel valued as a customer and really take the stress out of the moving process.
