   Overall experience: meh Untreated damp and mould. Rodent problems. Left without anything to cook with for over a month. Final checkout they tried shafting for an unnecessary final clean (evidence: Tenancy Deposit Scheme ruled in our favour). Only saving grace being they replied to problems fairly quick.

   Q have been managing my rental properties for nearly a year. I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Q’s services. The team are friendly and professional, reliable, responsive and efficient. All processes from routine processes like responsive repairs and payments, to more complex processes like managing larger jobs, work flawlessly, so I have to get involved much less often. All the team are great communicators. The stand out difference from other agents are all the contractors I have met are reliable, honest, trustworthy and personable, and Q always take responsibility for all parts of all types of repairs issues, whether big or small, from end to end of the process, from repair identification, to checking the job is done to the required standard. It’s important to me that the contractors are personable and reliable and treat my tenants as the customers they indeed are.
