   We can’t recommend Dean & Co enough, especially Adam, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. From the very first valuation, we found Adam to be down to earth, trustworthy and far less “salesy” than other agents we met, which set him apart and made us confident in choosing Dean & Co. Adam not only helped us with the sale of my flat but also went above and beyond to support us in our search for a new home. He really listened to our preferences and even told us about properties before they hit the market, arranging pre-viewings that ultimately led to us securing our new home. Communication with Adam was excellent from start to finish. He kept us updated every step of the way and went out of his way to help whenever we hit a few bumps in the road. He was also incredibly proactive, often thinking ahead and raising useful points or questions that we hadn’t even considered yet. We’d definitely recommend Dean & Co, and Adam in particular, to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area. Thank you for everything!

   I chose Dean and Co to value my mother's house... Adam Booth turn up to do the valuation at my mother's property. Adam turned up on time and also looked very smart I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. During the valuation, which was going extremely well, I was already thinking, these are the agents I'm going to use. The way they conducted the sale was outstanding. Adam kept us informed of all aspects of the sale and always gave us enough notice when viewings were taking place... The sale went very smoothly from start to finish.
