She went to a lot of effort to help us find the exactly right things and to help us make sure we were making the right decisions for our space and budget. Bathroom shopping is such a stressful thing to do and it felt really reassuring to know that Helena was in our side.

   Hate to give reviews like this but probably the worst customer service we've ever encountered. Wrong items, missing orders that were "somewhere on a lorry, not sure where". Days lost with our plumber unable to work. Missed deadlines. Refunds still not given. The goods supplied were great, but the customer service was awful. Please improve so others don't have the frustrations and delays we had.

   Don’t expect to get served for the first 15 mins of entering the store. As a trade customer I went in stood at the counter. There were 6 people sitting at desks not one acknowledged me or even said “good morning” or “we will be with you shortly” so rude. They just all ignored me and there was no other customers waiting, just me! Eventually a gentleman from the bathroom showroom section asked if he could help and was very polite and helpful.
