It's so nice to talk to someone at the other end of the phone who cares about the customer and the product they and suppling. Having recently ordered elasticated waisted trousers from care clothing for my father, that were unfortunately alittle tight the gentleman on the phone soon had me sorted with an exchange, which l am pleased to say arrived today and ard absolutely spot on.
I would really recommend Care Clothing. They have good quality garments at very reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly. I have bought several different things from them for my father, who has problems with buttons. It's great as Care Clothing can quickly add velcro fastenings to replace the buttons. I actually feel like a valued customer and friend when dealing with the staff. You can use this site with confidence.

Can’t find fault with the customer service ordered 3 pairs of trousers. Received a call in regards to the order they sent one pair out to check for suitability on waist and length . Helpful polite service and also that my custom is valued this in itself will want to return to them in the future .
I do not rate this company at all please avoid at all costs, they're quick to take your money and ring you about your order. My items arrived very poorly made I Emailed the company several times for a returns label and still no response from them, this company is very poor in it's Customer Service skills avoid at all costs there are better company's out there that care about their customers.

I can't believe how quick that all was from talking to you including the adjustment to the stone pair waist to make them elasticated, to arriving this morning. What an amazing service and product quality is excellent. We couldn't be happier with everything. Thank you so much. These have made Dad's life so much easier and he has his dignity back.
