Don't use. They dealt with our purchase in 2022 and on forms and verbally told we were buying as tenants in common, when sale went through they had done it as joint ownership, when I confronted them they told me that my partner had told them to change it, which was a blatant lie, I ask you why would you not inform the 90 percent owner that the 10.percent owner had ordered them to change from tenants in common to joint. Caused me loads of problems
Would put 0 if I could. I dealt with Mr Bell who was holding up a chain and causing problems for everyone by not answering emails and taking weeks when other solicitors in the chain took days to do the same thing. I went to speak with him and when asked why the other solicitors in the chain were able to do things quicker than him he became extremely rude and arrogant and kicked me out of the office without answering any questions. DO NOT USE!!!

I have dealt with Mr Morris on many occasion relating to the purchase and sale of property. Always available to speak too, nothing is ever too much to ask for! Highly recommend!
I dont normally put comments but do yourself a favour and dont allow Mr Morris to do your work. He was so rude and arrogant on the phone and told me to find another solicitor as plenty of people in Ammanford. He kept sighing all the time and said he had to time no to speak to me as he was busy. .Why answer if he had no time. He was not happy as I was changing the way I was funding to pay for a property. That is what they get paid for to do what the customer wants. I rang up to complain and said how we all heard the conversation and could not get over how a qualified solicitor could behave this way. I decided to choose this company as they spoke welsh and local to me. What a mistake. I have know taken Mr Morris advice and found a professional solicitor in Ammanford. If I could have put a 0 I would have.
