Took an online return - it was greater than the 30 days, all I requested was a credit note for the sale price of the items. This was declined by the manager, old fashioned view to market value. No wonder Zara is going out of business, they are terrible online and in person, yet another brand that cannot adapt to the market.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I’ve received. My parcel was lost, and I’ve had to spend over three hours trying to resolve the issue—without any genuine assistance or concern from either your team or Evri. For 39 days, I’ve been chasing a lost parcel, and for the past 16 days, I’ve been following up on the refund I’m owed. This ongoing delay is unacceptable, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with how this has been handled.
I would give it less than one star if I could. Second pair of shorts like this within a gap of one week. Zip just broke. I haven’t worn it much. I’m a size UK4 and this is big on me so it’s just bad quality. So disgusting. A big retailer like this. Their quality has dropped tremendously for the last 2 years and nobody seemed to care any more. I won’t be surprised if they just go off the market one day.
If I could put less than one I would. Put in a request for a repair on a coat. Missed a call from customer services. No way unless thru the chat to contact them. Tried been cut off twice. Totally unacceptable. Returned my item kept the money.
Rude cashier and supervisor. Cashier went to tidy shelves when there was a long queue. When he went on the till after requested by a customer, he was extremely rude and looked miserable. I asked for supervisor to give feedback but the supervisor actually was just as rude. Will not go again and they really need more customer service training quickly!
One of the best places shopping for your clothes and accessories. I am really satisfied with the Zara products. They are of good quality and have excellent discounts. I like the fact that you can make your purchases online and that it is easy to acquire. I love that I can shop from the comfort of my home and it is a practical way to shop. It is an excellent way to buy clothes, it is of quality and it reaches you in the city where you live. I really recommend buying in the Zara app because it has excellent prices. I highly recommend visiting this shop.
Visited this store on Saturday 4th Feb ....my young daughter of nine was approached by the security guard and told wasn't allowed in due to her drink. Ok I understand that but you must approach the adult with her NOT THE CHILD ..needless to say I turned out family round and brought elsewhere...I think that someone needs to look into staff training here
We went to Zara Milton Keynes looking for a coat for my husband. The store was quite busy which isn't unusual for this time of year in Zara. We found a coat we really liked but my husband's size was on a mannequin on the shop floor. I asked a team member if we could try the coat on and she found a merchandiser willing to remove the coat but she advised that unless we wished to purchase the coat she would not take it off because it was a waste of time. I told her we would not know if we wanted to buy unless he had tried it on, to which she replied that she would not remove it without us confirming we would buy. I felt very frustrated that we had travelled from Northampton to Milton Keynes to try on some coats we had seen on the website to be told that it would be a waste of their time to assist us. I find it bizarre that they would insist the coat stay on the mannequin where it would then be less likely to be sold. There would have been a good chance we would have brought it and other items in the store but my husband and I we're quite annoyed by the attitude of the member of staff so we just left and found some wonderful customer service elsewhere in Milton Keynes shopping centre.
Absolutely awful. Zara clothes for children are fantastic- no complaints about the products it's the customer service that is shocking. Had some items from online order to exchange thought this would be easy. They didn't have some of the items that I wanted to exchange for a bigger size but thought no problem they'll be able to order for me & I can collect from store. At the start of the convo I asked if this could be done & was told no the young girl tried to be accommodating but her colleague was down right rude. Best advice avoid the store shop online
