   Disappointed. Walked in 15 minutes before closing time and the lady refused to serve us. We were told she doesn’t have time to serve when there was two of them there ! All I needed was to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter and we didn’t even need to measure her. We went next door to mountain warehouse and they welcomed us with a smile and didn’t hurry us out. Clark’s told us they open at 9.30am the next day, not acknowledging we have work to go to!! Won’t be coming back here for sure

   Awful. They measured my daughter a 7F, she was a 6.5F, so we bought her some new shoes. We came back next day as she was complaining they were hurting, remeasured her a 7.5F, so they swapped. Next day I decided to go Clarks in Hitchin as they were rubbing on my daughters foot. Remeasured.... 6.5F I realised once I was home, her old pair of shoes were 6.5F, so back to Clarks I go. She was extremely snotty saying the shoes were worn so she shouldn't be refunding me but she will on this occasion?! It's your fault they're not right I couldn't care less if they're worn or not. Absolutely will never return to any Clarks ever again, useless staff

   The staff are so friendly and fantastic with measuring toddlers feet. It makes it an stress-free shoe shopping and feet measuring trip every 3-4 months!

   Helpful staff, can't remember her name but we have our favourite customer rep there, spot on in sizing and makes the kids feel comfortable. Other staff members are nice as well. Atmosphere welcoming. 4 star is not a reflection on staff but the store doesn't have a wide variety of trainers and school shoes for the kids any more.

   First time I got a pair of shoes, got home and there were two different colors in yhe box. This time, we purchased some school shoes for my 4 year old, other kids were getting offered stickers, my lil one had to ask what she had to do to also get stickers. On the plus side, I love that they do shoe fitting and the quality of the shoes is good. I would recommend.

   Helpful staff without being pushy and they know their stuff. Also, please note that if you order online for delivery to the shop they don't make anything out of that transaction. If you order through the shop they get commission. Go on, do the right thing......
