This store is listed as an Amazon parcel collection point, however the device never works when I arrive to pick up my parcel, and the shop assistant repeatedly claims they do not have it. Moreover, the assistant is extremely rude. I am very disappointed — all I want is to collect my parcel without unnecessary stress.

Helpful and friendly staff, has everything you need for a local shop. Use it regularly.

Absolutely fantastic family run this shop, very community minded and polite. The shop carries a bit of everything from newspapers, to food and drink. They are brilliantly welcoming and always give service with a smile.

The Shopkeeper so moody and rude, no need for it, smile and maybe your customers will come back It’s Ignorant, rude and disrespectful to use your mobile while serving customers! Just hold your hand out without even saying how much the total is! Never again

I popped in here earlier in the week, the man behind the counter was very busy...on his phone. After a few minutes (I was sending a parcel via collect+) he looked at me, barked questions at me regarding my parcel, no please or thank you. He was rude and abrupt. As I left I allowed a group of teenagers through the door before I left, none were wearing masks. Luckily for me I have alternative shops I can use locally, I will not use this one again that's for sure.

I had a parcel for Collect+. Sometimes the Collect+ site doesn't show the same locations when inputting a post code (it came up with a different location when my brother had to take a parcel for collection), so I thought I'd give them a ring to make sure. The woman who answered either didn't hear me, or didn't understand what I was asking. She laid the phone down; I heard her talking to a colleague, the line went quiet, and then I was cut off. I tried ringing back several times at intervals, but no-one picks up. When the answer machine kicks in, it tells you the call cannot be taken and you cannot leave a message. I was hoping to walk up to the shop with my dog to hand my returns parcel in to the collect+ point, but I guess I'll have to go further afield despite being pressed for time today. I'll be contacting collect+ to inform them. A review like this is what you get for awful (or rather nonexistent) customer service.
