   Went in to ask about flights to South America. Sadly the prices were £100 more than other outlets. Also the consultant was neither very knowlegble or friendly... Didn't seem very interested in a sale and was very uncommunicative...

This holiday was planned by the very helpful staff, I only gave an idea of what I wanted and a what I could afford.
