   We travelled 8 years ago on a Big trip by Travel nation which was stunning from start to finish. So it wasn't hard to choose them again for our next big trip to New Zealand and the Cook Islands. Shaye was absolutely great coming up with an itinerary and experiences that had everything we wanted and more. Nothing was too much bother to change or incorporate something new. Shaye was amazing and assuring us of their attention to the end of the trip., which we knew they would be. Even though we ultimately couldnt do the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, Travel Nation and Shaye in particular were so helpful and professional. I whole heartedly recommend Travel Nation for their excellent service even down to the minute details.

   We had a good break from the beginning to the end. It is lovely to be able to rely on a travel agent that makes things happen. We were expected at all hotels and excursions. Drivers for our transfers were ready on time. Our trips were very interesting and we never suffered from information overload. Communication with Travel Nation and the local agent in Costa Rica was good. We did not need them but it was nice to know that someone was there if we required. We are now preparing for our next trip with Travel Nation.

   We used Travel Nation to plan our honeymoon in Canada and we couldn't be happier with the advice and service we received. Graham supported us through the entire process and took time to understand what we wanted to do during our two week trip. Graham put together a perfect itinerary based partly on personal experience of the destination, which was then tailored based on some follow-up chats. We felt in safe hands while we were away thanks to the Travel Nation app and the detailed notes provided by Graham. We'd definitely use Travel Nation again when organising a longer or more complex trip away. Highly recommended!!
