Rude staff member, man in glasses pretty sure heβs bald too . Everytime Iβve been in the pharmacy heβs used a rude tone , very dismissive unless you explain symptoms multiple times. I understand itβs their job to figure out symptoms but the tone almost feels interrogative . Iβve never felt uncomfortable to be in a pharmacy and itβs not just been myself but many friends who use this pharmacy . We feel like this member of staff needs more training and customer service skills .

Disappointed to hear my son visited recently as he was unwell and needed some help and medication. Staff were incoherent and rudeβ¦ he was stressed by the experience and left and scared to return! I have worked in connection to pharmacy for nearly 30 years and never heard of a worse experience! Try harder staff itβs what you should be doing!

From a phone enquiry I made two days' before I was due to attend my pre-arranged COVID vaccination, and the appointment itself, I was given nothing but courtesy and professionalism from all the staff I came into contact with. The Pharmacist in particular was extremely helpful as the NHS information regarding eligibility was confusing and unhelpful. He answered all my queries happily and did not rush me, even though I could see he was very busy. I have no hestitation in returning to this Pharmacy and highly recommend it.

Alex has zero customer service and is not medically helpfully or educated! I went into the pharmacy as I had a 111 emergency prescription form. Alex was at the til and explained to me the exact brand I usually use is out of stock but showed me another brand of the exact same medication and dosage but said I would have to pay Β£15. I explained i have an exemption certificate so do not pay for prescriptions and as this was an emergency prescription I should not have to pay. He was obviously very uneducated in this area as he insisted I had to pay Β£15 and I then said I will look for another pharmacy to which he agreed and moved to the next customer. This service is absolutely atrocious and as a vulnerable patient I should not be treated in such a way. If you can avoid going to this pharmacy then I advise you to never to go! In reply to your response: Thank you so much for proving my point exactly by your extremely passive aggressive response, clearly showing the lack of customer service. Thank you for also explaining that you like to exploit customers by only showing expensive medications, and that even only after being asked multiple times if there are any alternatives. I also find it incredibly hard to believe how a healthcare "professional" can have such difficulty using correct grammar, very professional!

The consistently rude and unprofessional behavior of the pharmacy staff is concerning. Their dismissive attitude and lack of attention to customer inquiries resulted in an unpleasant and unproductive experience. They act as if they are superior, treating customers as idiots for seeking their service. It is evident that improved customer service training is necessary to address these ongoing issues. I would give this pharmacy zero stars. In your response, you claim that I failed to understand your process and that I was abusive and cursed. Can you please clarify what I said that made you think I was being abusive? What specific curse words did I use? It's time for you to take responsibility for your actions. I plan to address this issue through the appropriate channels.
