I was so impressed with the service I received at Select Travel. Initially, we had booked a once-in-a-lifetime trip around America for 2020 but (obviously) that didn't go to plan. Years later and we have decided to rebook as our honeymoon. We worked with them to change the itinerary and they've managed to line up an incredible trip, book our flights, accommodation and car hire all in one go. Went in and didn't really give me the time of day. Starting too little too late. 25 days notice. Had a look and then said only find 1 all inclusive holiday with no destination parameters. Just a date. Seriously. Went next door and multiple options. Went to another and even more. Lost our on my money. Seriously not impressed.
Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist. We wanted something quite specific but the person who could have helped us was on holiday so we will try again at a later date.

We have used Select Travel for quite some years now and nothing has been too much trouble for them. They research holiday locations for us and organise customised itineraries; this has been a godsend since my wheelchair bound Mother in law has come to live with us. Everything is prearranged and always goes smoothly. Any issues that occur are taken up by the friendly and extremely competent staff and dealt with in a calm and efficient manner. In a world where mediocrity is the norm, it is comforting to know that for a little extra outlay, there are still companies who offer a total, customer based service.
