It's a very convenient place by bus stop and doctors very well organized Monday they delivered my stuff as I have a horrible cold and had nobody to collect very efficiently

Extremely helpful and professional staff, fully complimenting the neighbouring NHS practice. Always happy to help, no matter how much pressure they are under - for example chasing up prescriptions and expediting prescribed medicine where appropriate. In a nutshell, they are very kind and helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.

I was going on holiday and hadn’t realised that I didn’t have enough of my regular medications. They went out of their way to help me including going to the GP surgery to request the prescription and I got the MEDS within two hours. I always use this pharmacy for my regular medication because they’re all friendly and helpful and go the extra mile when needed.

Just unbelievable. Once before the staff here have refused to dispense medicine for my daughter due to the high dosage which was requested by great ormond street, essentially putting her life at risk, and more recently given my wife completely the wrong product for her issue which could have caused serious reactions. We've been messed around by this pharmacy so much, and there is another on the same road which is so much more helpful (and safer!)

Used to be great but now they are a shambles, The young male chap is rude and arrogant, the queues are terrible and mess up the prescriptions too often, glad we changed to Kamsons, so helpful there.

Want to leave no stars. Been back 7 times for steroid prescription. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

Do not collect prescriptions from here! Prescription was sent to them 3 days ago and went to collect and it wasn’t ready. That was fine but then proceed to wait half hour for it and when I asked how much longer they hadn’t even picked it up to do it. Instead they were making themselves cups of teas and chatting. Slow service and rude. Ask for your prescription to be sent any where else but there!!! This isn’t the first time… they’re always awful in there!

Im not sure whats going on in this chemist..we moved here 2 yrs ago n it was brilliant..11 days to wait for statins n told to come back tomorrow for this common drug..terrible queues..Im a retired nurse..I could hear personal details of the woman in front of me..her name and address was bad enough but now I know shes on antidepressants and hrt ..why was she asked? I truly felt for her.PLEASE sort the problem out OR tell us why this is happening.

Have changed pharmacy after my latest 2 visits here. The wait times at this pharmacy are ridiculously long. One poor woman waited over an hour for her prescription, so I should be grateful that I was only standing in line for just over 30 minutes. The staff seem oblivious to the long queue with only one till in service. Will not be returning.
