    I usually go to the crewe store but as i was at the food festival i went to the Nantwich one, the service to start was the usual fitting for size ect....my daughter ended up coming out with a pair of shoes that she had told the girl were slipping off her feet, thr girl said it was to do with the socks she had on, and there was no movement. Fast forward my daughters school shoes are so big and slipping off the back of her foot to a ridiculous amount. I went back to the Crewe store for this to be sorted and got an excellent service and most importantly shoes that actually fit. Will not return to Nantwich Clarks, daughter had a day of uncomfortable shoes falling off her feet.

    Visited this store to buy some shoes in the sale for my husband. Waited at the till whilst the assistant fiddled around with some display units. I was sure she would look round soon to check whether anyone was waiting to be served. Another customer entered the shop and spoke to the assistant who then proceeded to assist this customer. When I remonstrated with the assistant that I had been waiting for assistance and had been waiting before the other customer had entered the store she informed me that I did not have to be rude and that I had made the other customer feel bad. I left the store without making my purchase. I later found out that the assistant who had verbally abused me was the manager of the store!
